5 Week Postpartum Series

The Postpartum Series will troubleshoot problems like incontinence, pelvic pain, and diastasis recti. Each week will focus on breath strategy and exercise as a means to support your activities of daily living.
Motherhood Strong is perfect for women anywhere in their motherhood journey with any fitness background, even if their babies are closer in age to teenagers than infants.
Motherhood Strong focuses on creating and maintaining core stability, caring for diastasis recti abdominus, and establishing pelvic floor integrity.
Our Services
Group Class
Every group class starts with a focus on breath work to support movement. The programming includes strength training and metabolic conditioning, all programmed to be modified for the individual. This setting has a lot of camaraderie and friendships!
Personalized Online Programming
Programmed specifically for you to accomplish at home with guidance from Coach Joselyn. This option is self led but you have full access to Coach Joselyn for help and advice.
One on One in Personal Training
Currently a limited option, but a good option! If you prefer one on one training versus group training please reach out to Joselyn at 618-979-7309.
